Shruvi is a proprietary desktop dictation product. It is currently offered as a beta service. Features may change, improve, or be removed as the product evolves.
You may need an account to use certain Shruvi features such as synced history, device management, and account recovery. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account.
Shruvi may suspend or revoke access if accounts are used abusively, fraudulently, or in ways that threaten the service.
Shruvi is a beta product. It may contain bugs, downtime, or behavior changes. While we work hard to make it reliable, Shruvi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law.
We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Shruvi is currently free during beta. There is no active checkout flow today. If paid plans launch later, Shruvi will publish pricing, billing terms, and any refund or cancellation policies before charges are possible.
Shruvi, its software, design, branding, and related materials are proprietary. These terms do not give you ownership of the software or the right to redistribute or resell it.
You keep ownership of the content you dictate. You grant Shruvi only the limited rights needed to process that content in order to operate the service.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shruvi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Use the product with judgment, especially in contexts where mistakes could have serious consequences.
